I’m a Critical Care RN with 10 years of public and private experience, backed by my roots as an AIN and in aged care. Currently, I work in education at the RAH and I’ve previously served as a Professional Liaison Officer (PLO) for 4 years—collaborating across metro and country LHNs, aged care, Red Cross Lifeblood, the RFDS, and MedSTAR.

I believe deeply in the foundational union truth: if it hurts one, it hurts all.

Our 26,000-strong membership is a powerful force when we stand together. But right now, we need purposeful leadership that delivers real results, not hollow protest slogans.

As your President, I will be ready with a team part —bringing together trusted experience and fresh energy— and I am committed to securing:

• “Count the Babies” enshrined in law,
• Strong EBA outcome through strategic arbitration, and
• Maximising true membership value.
